About our Products, Shipping and Handling, and Returns
Gulf Toast LLC uses a Print On Demand (POD) vendor to manufacture and ship most of our products, and handle returns.
This means that your order is manufactured after you order it, which means we don’t have to order a lot of inventory, and there is a lot less waste – we never manufacture a product that isn’t already sold! It also means our products are a little more expensive, and it takes a little longer to ship them out.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling methods, charges, and delivery times differ depending on the product, where it is manufactured, and where it is being shipped.

As we add items that are not handled by the POD service, we will list them here, along with their shipping costs.
We accept returns for items that are incorrect or damaged when you receive them. We must receive the report of the problem within four weeks of your receiving it, and we will need to have documentation of the incorrect product or damage in the form of a detailed description and good quality photos. Once we have received those, we will contact our vendor and address the issue with them.
We’re sorry, but if you order something and then just decide you don’t want it anymore, we won’t be able to accept a return.
